Temperature-wise, our typical trips don't require much warm
clothing, since we schedule them in November and March, spring and fall respectively
in the Southern hemisphere.
It'd be wise to pack along a city outfit that you can wear
in Buenos Aires to dine at a nice restaurant and to attend a show. Men should
pack a jacket, shirt and tie, and women will want to wear a dress or a dressy
pant suit for those occasions.
The rest of the trip is on the casual side - comfortable clothes
all the way. Swimming suit, tennis outfit if you play, shorts, a couple of warm
sweaters, and a light rain jacket are a good idea. And you will probably be tempted
to try horseback riding, so add jeans and sneakers or short boots, also.
Speaking of boots - bring along several pairs of shoes so
you can change if we have to walk a bit too far that day!
Toiletries to pack besides your regular items would be sun
lotion and mosquito repellent. Along the way there will be a couple of opportunities
to have laundry done, as well as for a quick dry-cleaning if necessary.
Note:
If you are joining any of the horseback riding trips, the canoeing adventure or
the Punta del Este trip, you will need different clothing. When you contact us
we will advise you.
