Momo's personal background and experience.
I lived in the USA for 5 years when
I was a young nanny taking care of my cousin's kids at Cornell University, and
then as the wife of a Ph.D. candidate, also at Cornell. My husband and I moved
to Venezuela and lived there for two years. My husband was killed in an automobile
accident, and I decided to go back to my native Uruguay, where I started and ran
an extremely successful gym.
Now re-married to Uruguay's largest honey exporter and
the mother of three children, I live in a traditional old "estancia"
in Uruguay. The family ranch is well known for their prized Charolais cattle.
For many years, the family has also run a bed and breakfast, "estancia"
style, and they receive guests from all over the world who enjoy participating
in the daily activities of the ranch, taking long walks in the peaceful surroundings,
swimming, playing tennis, or simply relaxing.
